The City of Manchester’s Comprehensive Plan, last done in 2012, is a long-range planning tool that guides the City’s growth and development through well-defined goals, objectives, and policies. These policies shape decisions and establish a vision for how the community evolves over time. As we begin the process of updating the plan, we invite community members to share their input. Your feedback will help us develop new goals and strategies that reflect the community’s values, priorities, and vision for a thriving, inclusive future for all residents.
